La matin\u00e9e est consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la visite de la MCE (Maison de la Consommation et de l\u2019environnement) pour d\u00e9couvrir une belle <strong>exposition sur les champignons<\/strong>, puis le centre de ressources et de documentation, essentiellement consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019environnement et au Jardin.<\/p><p>Puis direction l\u2019EHESP (Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sant\u00e9 Publique)<br \/>\u2026. M\u00eame pas peur \u2026.<\/p><p>Pour participer \u00e0 un colloque organis\u00e9 par l\u2019IBB, intitul\u00e9 <strong>\u00abAlimentation Bio et Sant\u00e9, Que sait-on des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices en 2018 ? \u00bb<\/strong><\/p><p>Au programme quatre intervenants nous apportent des r\u00e9ponses aux questions suivantes :<\/p><ol><li>L\u2019agriculture biologique est-elle bonne pour la biodiversit\u00e9 ? Si je consomme bio, ma sant\u00e9 sera-t-elle am\u00e9lior\u00e9e ? L\u2019AB est-elle un mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomiquement viable par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019Agriculture conventionnelle ? &#8211; \u00e9tude ITAB 2016 &#8211;<\/li><li>Pesticide : Que sait-on des risques professionnels, riverains des \u00e9pandages, domestiques et alimentaires en 2018 ? &#8211; Dr Jean-Fran\u00e7ois DELEUME &#8211;<\/li><li>Qualit\u00e9s nutritionnelles et consommation des produits bio, r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019\u00e9tude Bionutrinet Sant\u00e9 &#8211; Pr Denis LAIRON &#8211;<\/li><li>Une alimentation saine est-elle possible ? &#8211; Dr Pierre SOUVET &#8211;<\/li><\/ol><p>Journ\u00e9e riche d\u2019informations pour nos jeunes apprenants, fatigu\u00e9s en fin de journ\u00e9e mais enthousiasm\u00e9s et confort\u00e9s dans leur souhait de s\u2019orienter professionnellement vers l\u2019agro-\u00e9cologie, garante d\u2019une moindre pollution de l\u2019environnement, d\u2019une protection de la biodiversit\u00e9, d\u2019une alimentation
